Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us.

Quote and service requests

Your name, email address and, if you add them, your phone number; the service you need; whether the property is commercial or residential; company or property name, building or home address and number of units; your description of the problem; and any photos you attach.

Job applications

Your name, email address and, if you add them, your phone number; where you are based; your trade, years of experience, earliest start date and any licences or certifications; anything else you tell us; and your CV if you attach one.

The site assistant

The questions you type into “Ask Praxium”. The conversation is kept in your browser for the current tab only and is cleared when you close it. When our AI service is switched on, your messages are also sent to that service so it can write an answer (see section 3).

Technical information

Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data needed to deliver pages and keep the site secure, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

Please don’t send payment card details, government ID numbers or other sensitive information through the website. We never ask for them there.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your request, prepare a quote, schedule and carry out the work, and follow up afterwards.
• To review job applications and contact applicants.
• To answer questions through the site assistant.
• To keep the website running, secure and free of spam.
• To keep the business records we need and to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the website, and only for that purpose:

• Cloudflare hosts the website, processes form submissions on their way to us, and provides cookie-free visit statistics.
• Resend delivers form submissions, including attached photos and CVs, to our inbox by email.
• Anthropic provides the AI behind the site assistant when it is switched on; your chat messages are sent to it to generate replies.
• Our email provider stores the messages we receive.

If you use the email-app option on our forms, your message is sent by your own email provider. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.

4. How long we keep it

We keep requests and applications for as long as we need them to respond, do the work, and maintain normal business, tax and legal records. After that we delete them or keep them in a form that no longer identifies you. Assistant conversations stored in your browser disappear when you close the tab.

5. Cookies and tracking

The website does not use cookies for advertising or tracking. To understand how many people visit and which pages they use, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without following you across other websites. Our fonts and images are served from our own site. The assistant uses your browser’s session storage to remember the current conversation; nothing is kept after you close the tab.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email Info@praxium-fm.com and we will respond as quickly as we can. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep some records where the law requires it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s law; we will honor them.

7. Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions go directly to our providers rather than being stored on the website. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

8. Children

The website is meant for adults arranging property services or applying for work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or practices change. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
